We understand technology. We understand even better why you need it.
For over 20 years, we have been supporting manufacturing and service companies in designing, implementing, and developing IT environments tailored to their actual processes.
Our specialization lies in ERP-class systems, business process integration, and solutions for organizations where data availability, business continuity, and operational efficiency have a direct impact on business results.
As an IFS Partner, we combine technological competencies with process expertise. We do not end our work when the system goes live — we develop it together with the organization.

Choose your starting point
Not every organization needs the same thing. You can come to us with a specific technology or with a problem that first needs to be translated into a solution.
One environment. One partner.
Systems, data, infrastructure, and processes rarely function independently anymore. That is why we look at the IT environment as a whole.
We implement, service, and develop enterprise management support systems.
Why Delegate?
A technology partner for more than just a single implementation
One partner instead of multiple vendors
ERP, integrations, infrastructure, and maintenance can be handled by a single team that knows your environment and takes responsibility for the whole.
Process first. Technology second.
Before recommending a solution, we understand how the organization operates. Technology is meant to solve a business problem — not the other way around.
We stay after go-live
Implementation does not end the collaboration. We maintain, develop, and adapt the environment to future changes in your organization.
Competencies built on experience
Over 20 years on the market, over 500 projects, and a team of over 100 specialists give us the experience needed for the most demanding IT environments.
IFS Partner
Long-standing cooperation with IFS gives our teams access to the knowledge, competencies, and technology of one of the global leaders in enterprise software.
We know environments where technology is mission-critical
We thrive where processes are complex, systems must cooperate with each other, and downtime incurs real costs.
Manufacturing
We implement advanced ERP systems integrating production cells, order scheduling, and quality control in real time.
Technology is best proven by its results

IFS Cloud for integrated manufacturing
The implementation of IFS Cloud integrates NPA Skawina's critical processes and powers the automation of production activities. Delivered alongside Delegate IT, the project enhances management, budgeting, and interdepartmental information flow.
IFS Cloud replacing fragmented ERP systems
POSTĘP S.A. replaces multiple proprietary systems with a single unified IFS Cloud environment. The implementation executed with Delegate IT integrates production, purchasing, and supply chain while providing employees with instant access to live data.
